Wedding Congrats

Hi, everyone! Just popping in with a quick card.

A family member got married last weekend, and this was the card I made for him & his new wife. Their wedding decor was black & white damask with hunter green accents, so the card was a no-brainer.

Hope you like it!

Stamps: Congratulations (Stampabilities), Tuxedo Damask digi (Lilly Bimble)
Paper: Handsome Hunter, PTI white
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: PTI ribbon, EK Success embossed curve edger punch

Wee Memories Challenge 27

Happy Saturday! Are you ready for another Wee Memories challenge?

This week's challenge is a fun one. Our founder, Jenny, is celebrating her one-week wedding anniversary, so we are CELEBRATING! Your creation should celebrate something--a birthday, anniversary, wedding, new baby, etc.

If you play along with us, you could win a Scor-Buddy from our awesome sponsor, Scor-Pal!

Since Scor-Pal is our sponsor, I decided to use mine on my project. I created a tent topper card using an easy SCS tutorial. Not only did my Scor-Pal help me create the perfect score line and a professional fold, but I also used it to measure the placement of the topper so the card will fit in a standard A2 envelope.

My nephew is getting married over Thanksgiving weekend, so Sunday we are celebrating with a wedding shower. I went with the "shower" theme on my card, using raindrop patterned paper and an umbrella stamp set. I paper pieced the umbrella and popped it up on dimensionals for a bit of extra fun.

So, ready to play along with our celebrations challenge? Link up your finished creation to the Wee Memories blog. You have until midnight PDT on Friday, October 22 to be eligible for the prize.

Stamps: Scattered Showers (PTI)
Paper: Old Olive, PTI white, Echo Park pp
Ink: Old Olive, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: SU ribbon, dimensionals, Nestabilities circles, Scor-Pal

Congratulations

Hi, all! Just popping in with a quick card I made for a co-worker's upcoming wedding. I had to supersize it so everyone could sign it...the finished card is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.

This card fits two challenges...the Caardvarks wedding challenge and Kazan's Sketch 46 (flipped on its side).

Hope you like it!

Paper: Aqua Mist, white

A Wedding on the 4th

My husband's cousin is getting married today, so I threw together this quick card. I had no idea what their wedding colors were, so I went with the always classic black/white/silver combo. I embossed the wedding cake in silver, and added the glittered dp for more sparkle. The sheer white ribbon is shimmery, too, so IRL this one's a stunner (if I do say so myself). Not bad for something I whipped up in just a few minutes!

Stamps: wedding cake (Stampabilities)
Paper: PTI white, Basic Black, DCWV Glitter Stack dp
