Hello!

Hi, all! Happy Tuesday! I'm still recovering from a wicked cold, and now I've almost lost my voice. Teaching should be fun tomorrow, right?

On a happier note, I came home today to find a box of new SU goodies waiting for me! I fell in love with the Autumn Meadows paper in the mini-catalog, so that was the first thing I tore open. The paper has a distressed look, so I added to it by roughing up the edges a little. I added a flower, brad, and sentiment to finish it off. Easy peasy!

Stamps: Birds, Trees, & Messages (Hero Arts)
Paper: More Mustard textured, Very Vanilla, SU dp

Ink: Chocolate Chip

Accessories: flower (Prima), brad (Imaginisce), distressing tool, dimensionals

New crafting goodies are always great for inspiration. I use to be like that as a student. New pencils or pens, paper always gave me the encouragement to study.

Love the colours of that dp. The teal flower is such a nice touch.

Hope your voice comes back soon.

Love the simplicity of the layout, the color of the blue flower and that fun, distressed striped paper.

Maybe you could teach sign language in your class tomorrow so you won't have to speak :-)
