Hi, all! Hope your week is off to a good start. Today's card is for several challenges: Pile It On (no patterned paper), Stamp Simply (use the word "friend" on your card), Our Creative Corner (inspiration challenge), and the sketch over at 2S4Y.I was struck by the colors and texture in the OCC inspiration piece, so I hunted around for something that might work. I finally broke down and opened up my BasicGrey Woolies to use this cute pup. I also used my first piece of Crushed Curry cardstock--not a color I would normally reach for, but I think it turned out pretty well. What do you think?

That pup is cute. and I love the textured background. Crushed curry on it's own is a little scary isn't it but I've found myself using the ink quite a bit. It's not too bright.
