The ladies at 2 Sketches 4 You have posted a special sketch in honor of World Card Making Day, so I had to play along. I wanted to use this new piece of American Crafts flair, so I pulled my colors from it and made this quick card.

This card is for Beate's inspiration challenge, the World Card Making Day challenge to use trees, and Beate's weekend sketch challenge. I started on Beate's inspiration earlier in the week, but all I managed to come up with was the tree branch and the buttons. I set it aside until today. Once I saw the other two challenges, the rest of the card came together quickly.
Here's my second challenge card for World Card Making Day--an inspiration challenge using the Coldwater Creek catalog. This card is also for Allison's "Suggestive Sunday" Harvest theme. I used some punches and scraps from my table to make this one, and I love the way it turned out!
I haven't been feeling well today, but I'm finally feeling good enough to try some of the World Card Making Day challenges over on Splitcoast. This card is for the sketch challenge. I pulled out a set I rarely use--SU's Halloween Backgrounds--to create the bats on the background panel. I added the haunted house and sentiment from Hero Arts along with some dp and ribbon.
