Feelin' Blue

Hey there! Hope you're enjoying your weekend--and if you're in the U.S., here's hoping you have Monday off! I know I'm thrilled to have that one extra day to get a few more things checked off the to-do list.

This morning I got crafty and created a little something for this week's CASology challenge--blue. I wanted to go with some kind of "I'm blue without you" theme, so I decided to go with a singular bird and the "Thinking of you" sentiment. I pulled out my barely loved bird die & placed him on a woodgrain embossed background. I really love the way it turned out!

What do you think?

Stamps: Scattered Showers (PTI)
Paper: Bashful Blue (SU), SU pp
Ink: Adirondack Espresso
Accessories: woodgrain embossing folder (SU), bird die (Memory Box), button (PTI)
