Absolutely Fabulous

Hey, all! Well, I survived the first two days of school, although as soon as I'm done typing this, I'm heading out the door for dinner and margaritas!

I thought I'd share another reject from CardMaker magazine. This card has some of my favorite things--Swiss Dots on white, ribbon, Primas, pearls, and polka dots--so I'm a happy girl.

Be sure to stop by tomorrow for another Get Sketchy challenge. We've got a fabulous sponsor, a great prize, and plenty of inspiration for you!

Stamps: Mega Mixed Messages (Papertrey Ink)
Cardstock: Stamper's Select white, Sweet Blush (Papertrey Ink)
Patterned Paper: Bitty Dot Basics (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Basic Black (Stampin' Up!)
Accessories: Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder (Provo Craft), flowers (Prima), ribbon (Papertrey Ink), pearls (Jenni Bowlin), scalloped dot punch (Martha Stewart)

Ann if I ever run a card magazine can I have all your 'rejects' please?! LOL!
I love the layers with the scallop punch and anything with bitty dot basics on is a winner in my book!
Enjoy the margaritas!

This is very pretty. Do they tell you why the card has been rejected? anything? I was also curious, did you stamp absolutely fabulous before or after you embossed the paper? Enjoy the rest of your week.

Oh Annie, I just love your sweet sense of humor! Who would have thought that a card this beautiful would be rejected? But then again, Jennifer Aniston is still single. Go figure. ;)I love the colors on this, what a lovely combo. And speaking of, hope the 'ritas last night were yummy!
