Still Hot

My sister was a teenager when I was born, so over the years I've given her considerable grief about being so much older than I am. Well, Monday is her birthday--the big 5-0! So, of course, I had to make her an old lady card.

I just got this fun granny set, and I paired it with the classic Red Hat Society colors of red & purple. I'm sending it with a little care package that includes this magnet. Aren't I a great younger sister?

Stamps: Still Hot Granny (Little Paper Shop)
Paper: Real Red, PTI white, K & Co. dp
Ink: Real Red, Adirondack Pitch Black
Accessories: SU scallop edge punch, Nestabilities ovals, Copic markers, Pebbles & Co. ribbon

Your so bad! I was a teenager when my sister was born too. She's not quite as mean as you :)
Of course, my big 5-0 hasn't come just yet, but will be here in 2 years! Ugh! The sentiment on your card is ME!!

Haha! That's awesome! Being the older sister by 7 years, I get teased for being old -- but I'm glad my brother's not so into card making that he'd make me one like that. ;) j/k

Awesome! I am the "baby" of 8, so I loooove giving them crap about being older than me. It's what I do.

Hope I didn't scare you in the parking lot... it's been forever!!

It's a great card and very funny.

Unless, of course, you're like me and over 50, in which case it hits a little too close to home.

Anyways, I'm sure your sister will love it and won't beat you up.
