Thank You!

Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes and cards. I had a great day--lots of well wishes from my students and co-workers, plus a steak dinner and a movie. Hubby and I went to see I Love You, Man--very funny, plus who doesn't love Paul Rudd? He's adorable!

Anywho, on to the part you most care about--what kinds of crafting goodies did I get? Kate from i {heart} papers sent me a $10 gift certificate. (How cool is that?! Thanks, Kate.) Hubby got me $25 to Papertrey and $25 to Two Peas. My mom and in-laws gave me $$$ (which of course will be spent on stamping goodies). PLUS, earlier in the week I won $50 in SU merchandise from Tiffany! SO...I will be showing off a parade of new goodies over the next few weeks! I am one happy girl!!!
Today's card uses FTL36. I needed some quick thank you's for my birthday gifts. I used some of my SAB goodies on this one.

    I LOVE THIS!!! I love the soft hues of the different colors and those blue "bling" pieces are wonderful! Nice, nice job!

    Ooooooo! I love this card! The simplicity of the stamping is perfectly balanced by the row of bling and the stripes in the dp. I would never have put it on a kraft base, but it works GREAT!

    How fun to get so many stamping goodies for your birthday. I really like this sketch and how your simple flower is set off with the row of rhinestones. Again, I really like the kraft with the pastels.
