Happy Saturday! It's time for another Wee Memories challenge! This week around everyone can play...because ANYTHING GOES!
That's right! All you have to do is make any kind of paper project, & you can play along with this week's challenge!
So, I bet you're wondering what prize is up for grabs...
Check out our fabulous sponsor...
iCopic! Our lucky winner will receive a Copic marker prize pack!
In honor of our sponsor, I decided to dust off my Copic markers & go to work coloring...yes, me coloring...on my card.
Now I'm not the best when it comes to shading...I've tried, others have tried to show me, I've visited some of the best Copic tutorial blogs out there...but my brain just can't wrap itself around the idea.
SO, I took a different route & tried some two-tone woodgrain on my cuckoo clock. I think it looks pretty cool, don't you?
Now, are you ready to play? Get busy on your papercrafting project, then link up your finished creation on the Wee Memories blog. You have until midnight PST on Fri., Jan. 29 to be eligible for the prize.
I can't wait to see what you create!
Stamps: Cuckoo (Hero Arts)
Paper: Bermuda Bay, PTI white
Ink: Berry Sorbet, Adirondack Pitch Black
Accessories: Copic markers, PTI ribbon, Kaisercraft pearl
This is so cute Ann! :)
ReplyDeleteThe think I love about those markers is the even tone they create. You don't have to be the master of shading to get fabby results - my kinda pens :D
ReplyDeleteLove the two-tone woodgrain - no suprises you picked those colours ;D
