Inspired Thinking

Hey, all! Time for this week's CAS challenge. This one's an inspiration challenge using the shoes & bags of Anthropologie. I was inspired by the colors and flowers on this purse.

I used my Nesties to create the flower, then embossed each layer with my Cuttlebug. I cut the leaves freehand and crumpled them for dimension, and I turned up the petal edges on my flower. I finished it off with a button and pearls.

Ready to play along? Find all the details in the CAS challenge thread.

Stamps: Everyday Sayings (Hero Arts)
Paper:
Ruby Red, Cameo Coral, Basic Black, Old Olive, PTI Berry Sorbet
Ink:
Basic Black
Accessories:
Nestabilities blossoms, Cuttlebug Houndstooth, button (PTI), pearls (Kaisercraft), dimensionals

Oh how I'd love to play along but I think by the time I could finally make my mind up on a pair of shoes or a bag from that amazing site it'd be the next CAS challenge and I'd be bankrupt!
Love the bag you picked and your interpretation rocks! So bold and beautiful!
