To-Do List

I'm heading out of town for the second week in a row, this time to visit the in-laws. My FIL's birthday is tomorrow, and with Father's Day next week, it's a good time for a visit. I'll have automatic posts tomorrow & Sunday, then I'll be back on Sunday evening to announce this week's blog candy winner for the Sweet Summer Giveaway.

I haven't played along with most of the SCS challenges in a while, so I thought I'd do today's Limited Supplies Challenge. The requirements were: use colors of water (blues, greens, or grays) and sand (any neutrals) AND add ribbon, brads, and piercing.

I think the sentiment pretty much says it all on this one. Have a great weekend!

Stamps: Sparkling Summer (SU), Priorities (Hambo Stamps)
Paper: Kraft, Whisper White, PTI Aqua Mist, BasicGrey Urban Prairie dp
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Accessories: ribbon (PTI), brads (Doodlebug), paper piercer, dimensionals

This is just too cute! I might have to borrow this one some time! I now have a picture in my head of me sitting in that chair with an umbrella drink in my hand while I'm watching that pool boy ;)

A very cool card! Love the fact you've stamped your image on blue paper and not coloured it - I would never have thought of that! It looks lovely!

PS: My pool 'boy' is a 54 year old man ... my pool is actually more attractive than he is. But that's a secret so keep it on the down-low ...

Works for me. As long as the pool boy can bring me a frutie drink with a kick to it :)

I love this!! I keep telling my husband that I don't need a pool to have a pool boy waiting on me, but he disagrees! Can't wait to show him this card. The Aqua Mist and the kraft look great together.
