M is for Maddie

I'm putting together a bag of Halloween goodies for my niece, and I was planning on adding an altered item to it. When I saw today's ways to use it challenge--using monograms--I figured today was the day to get that done. I had this notepad sitting around, so I added the glittered "m" and some rhinestones in her favorite colors of blue and orange. Quick and easy, but I know she'll love it.
