If you haven't already heard, Carolyn King is giving away quite possibly the world's largest blog candy ever! Carolyn lost her grandmother to Alzheimer's Disease, so it's a cause near to her heart. My husband's grandmother also succumbed to Alzheimer's, so it's important to me as well. Please visit her blog to learn all the details about this worthy cause.I decided to use Beate's inspiration challenge for this card. When I first saw these fun drinking glasses, I immediately thought to use rub-ons. When I saw the glasses filled with milk, I decided a vellum overlay might work well, too. I applied these awesome rub-ons from American Crafts (which just happen to match some of the colors in the inspiration piece) to a piece of vellum, then overlaid it on Whisper White cardstock. I love the way it turned out.
