Strawberry Treats

I wanted to make a bag of treats for a package I'm mailing out tomorrow, but I didn't have much time, so I decided to make one of these treat covers. They are so quick and easy to put together.

Start with a piece of cardstock that measures 4 1/4" x 11".

Score lengthwise at 5" & 10".

Fold along the scored lines.

Insert a bag of treats and staple to close. I used a standard clear baggie you can buy at stores like Hobby Lobby (check the candy-making aisle).

Embellish as desired. You may wish to cover the staple, as I've done here with the strawberry, or you can incorporate the staple into your design.

My candy of choice here was strawberry Creme Savers, which is why I chose this image from the Tart & Tangy set.

Stamps: Tart & Tangy (SU)
Paper: Real Red, Old Olive, Whisper White, Prints Pack dp
Ink: Real Red, Old Olive
Accessories: circle punches, scallop punch, ribbon (Michael's), staple, treat bag, candy
