Wee Memories Challenge 29

I chose to make a belated birthday card. I am forever running late, so I can always use a few belated b-day cards for my stash.

I chose to pair this cute turtle from Lawn Fawn with the "So sorry I'm late" sentiment from PTI. I used a glaze pen on his shell, then popped it up on dimensionals. I added the googly eye for a bit of extra fun. Cute, right?
