Hey Ann! Just popping in to say hi, you and your candy - you give us all cavities! ;)
Fave Halloween memory - we were on a budget, no money for expensive costumes. I put on an old white sheet, my sister cut out two eyes. One was totally off, it fell on my cheek instead. So we drew in an eye anyway and I won first prize. haha! Happy day and thanks for letting me reminisce!

Great give-away, Ann! Thanks for the chance!

Last Halloween, I dressed up in my one costume (a medieval lady) and handed out candy. Jack walked into my craft room last week, completely decked out in his Thomas the Tank Engine costume, and asked if I planned on wearing my costume for Halloween. I asked if he wanted me to, and he said, "Um, yes. Please." Guess I will.

Hey Ann okay my fav Halloween candy has to be candy corn. I have a glass pumpkin with a lid and I fill it every year with candy corn and put it out on my table....

A comment about Halloween? Well, I don't like pumpkins, but I love to dress up and have fun... I think the most hilarious masquerade I've ever seen was a guy who dressed up as the economic crisis. In a dark suit and some dollar bills sticking out of his pocket.
Thanks so much for the chance to win! Hugs, Katrin

Sweet! I don't know what my kids are going to be this year, so I'll tell you what my favorite costume of theirs has been. My son was a dragon for his first Halloween, and I loved that costume, and my daughter was a Nebraska cheerleader. . .still have both costumes ;D

Cute stamp! My favorite costume as a kid was my mom using my Wonder Woman Underoos to dress me up as Wonder Woman (we didn't have much money when I was young, lol).

Oooh, I love blog candy! My fave costume....one that I made for my sis-in-law for a party she was attending. It was a jester costume (green/white), and although I could barely sew, I made it...and she took first place!!

Thanks for offering the candy Ann!

My favorite costumes for my boys were wearing their Superman Under-roos on top of blue jogging suits. We just made capes to go with their costumes and they were set! Their idea for that one led to months of fun play for them after Halloween too.
Thanks for offering the treats!I'll put it on my blog.

Hi Ann!! Yummy candy!! Well I have to say I love that DH takes DS trick-or-treating while I stay home and give out treats and then I get to raid his treat bag for all my fav's when he goes to sleep. :D

Hi Ann,

I love your blog. I check it out regularly and get lots of ideas for projects.
My best memory of Halloween is wearing a "little Dutch girl" costume when I was 8 years old. My mother spent hours making the hat. It was a work of art; tall, pointed with side wings, covered in lace. I think it weighed about 5 pounds. I didn't tell her that everyone thought I was the flying nun LOL, as I was sure it would hurt her feelings.

This is some sweet Halloween candy you are sharing with your readers. I would love to be the lucky stamper to win this...I don't have to many Halloween goodies. Not sure why. Anyway the week before Halloween we have a Pumpkin Fest. We carve pumpkins, have a bonfire, games, hayrides, and cook hotdogs and of course we can't forget the smores. Thanks so much for a chance.

Hey Ann! What a fab mid-week pick-me-up!
We don't tend to celebrate Halloween too much here but I do like to make my nieces and nephews a little treat with some papercrafted treat holders - this was fine when I only had 3 to make but this year I've got 7 to make, eek! LOL!
Thanks for the chance to win!

YAY! I love me some candy. Well my kiddos are going to be a "wicked witch" and a "monster" for Halloween. Which is pretty appropriate given the behaviors lately. :) But MY favorite Halloween I think was when I was like 10 or 11, and I went as Pipi LongStockings and my brother as a Ninja. I should find the pic. Travis was head to toe black so I kept losing him. My hair was sticking out (courtesy of wire hangers) and I kept getting stuck in trees. Overall, it was pretty bad. I think I cried because I couldn't get my head out of a tree and Travis was lost- it wasn't much fun, but a funny memory now.

Every year my dd picks out a costume & then changes her mind several times to arrive at 'the' costume. This year I found a ladybug costume that she just ADORES - and the best part is that it was on SALE. Keeping my fingers crossed that she won't change her mind!

Fabulous candy Ann, thanks for the chance to win. I don't really celebrate Halloween but I do take advantage of the sales in candy stores lol I think my favorite candy is jolly rancher or anything chocolate :)

Thanks for a chance at this yummy candy. I love Halloween. I love watching all the kids get dressed up and run around the neighborhood. My kids haven't chosen their costumes yet, but last year they were a fairy, a princess, a pirate and a ghost. What fun. I think my favorite candy is Snickers. I love the peanutty goodness.

Halloween is so fun. I can actually wear my witch hat out of the house and no one laughs!!! ( My license plate frame says My other car is a broom and I have a plaque in the house that stays up all year that says Beware of low flying witches!!!) My kids decided they aren't going to dress up this year, - Mom, we are almost 16!! It is kind of sad, but ok as I won't have to worry about their costumes!!

Hello Ann,
My favorite Halloween costume was the year I dresses up as Pippi Longstocking. My big sister helped me get ready by painting freckles on my face and putting wire in my braids to make it stick out straight. Very silly!
Thanks for the chance to win.
I have your blog bookmarked, because I enjoy all your creation.

My favorite costume was one that I made. It was a pumpkin and I wadded up newspaper to make it fluff out. I wore it to my classroom on Halloween and the kids loved it.

I LOVE Halloween. I should say I LOVE Halloween since I have had Kids. My son usually wears more than one costume that night. He can not make up his mind. Two years in a row he went as Thomas the tank engine, even though he had other really cool costumes. We have been tagged as the house with the 'best' candy... the neighborhood kids are already asking what I am giving out this year... I HAVE NO CLUE. How do I compete with myself! Hubby says that is what I get for being cool... I have to keep it up.

Hiya Ann! Fab candy! I have to say I LOVE mallow pumpkins! They are SOO GOOD! My fav costumes that my girls wore were when they were just little...Laurena was a ladybug and Leandra was a pumpkin! They were soo cute!

What a fun stamp set! My boys are four and seven and now that you ask, I do not know yet what they want to be this year! I haven't brought it up yet since once they start thinking about it, they get almost as excited as they do waiting for Christmas. Last year, I made a Mummy costume for my eldest and my youngest was a Ladybug. They tend to be something different for their school party. Last year we had a Halloween party and invited the neighbourhood kiddos, watched a movie, drank Witch's brew, made a craft and had a treasure hunt. It was a big hit, so we plan to do it again this year.
Cheers,
Shanna

One year I decided to go as a slot machine... I had a nice size box, cut 3 little windows out, a hole for my arm to stick out with a white glove on... and money and fruit pictures all over the box. It was fun... I had my trick or treat bag taped inside the coin slot where the money would come out.

Not sure what my little one is going to dress up as this year... I guess I had better get on that! Last year he was tigger! This year he will probably pick like spiderman or something... that seems to be his thing as of late! :)

This is my first attempt at blog candy...thanks!

My favorite Halloween memory is many tied into one. We have a homemade stuffed costume that looks like a double bubble gum wrapper from my youth. My niece, nephew and now my daughters have gotten to wear it several times over the years. They love to visit everyone and give out gum along the way instead of getting treats.

Halloween is my favorite holiday, though this will be my second year without my daughter & her friends around.

I'll likely go through 10 bags of candy with all the cute little princesses and ghouls trick or treating.

I'll be wearing my "Mummy" tee shirt because I fit back into it! Yayyyyy! I also will be wearing my cat ears and skeleton earrings.

awe, you are so sweet

Halloween is my favorite time of year~

I love witches & fairies for girls. There are so many variations to them.

Fairies are so easy to do, just get some cheep wings & wand from dollar store & a dance costume. If your girls don't dance, you can find them at thrift stores, craigslist, yard sales super cheap!

A doll is another easy one for girls. You can even take an old xmas dress (plaid works perfect) or dance costumes again, hair in pigtails, mary jane shoes & big red circle cheeks.

So cute!
