Let It Snow!

What? Snow in August? Yep, because Caardvarks' latest challenge is to create a winter-themed card. I combined it with this week's Cuttlebug Challenge to make a scene card, and let me tell you: I'm not normally one for making scenes on my cards, but I had SO much fun with this!

I started by stamping the clouds, cutting them out, and popping them up on dimensionals. The snowman has a stamped face, Swiss Dot embossed body, and some pearl buttons. The snowy ground is torn pieces of vellum topped with Stickles. And I finished it off with some pearly snow sprinkling down from the clouds. What do you think?

Stamps: Cold Play (SU), Head in the Clouds (Sassafras)
Paper: Basic Gray, Bashful Blue, PTI white, vellum
Ink: Basic Gray, Bashful Blue
Accessories: pearls (Kaisercraft), Icicle Stickles, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, dimensionals
