It's a Two-fer!

Hi, ladies! So far, my school year is off to a smooth start, although I'm a little sad that we still have two weeks until Labor Day! I'm hoping to get a little more crafty time in as we begin to settle into a routine. I miss my daily blogging and hearing from all of you!

Today's card is a two-fer, combining this week's
Card Patterns sketch with Dawn's Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #15. I wasn't too sure about medium pinks in the way of cardstock, so I opted to add some fun pink pearls instead. I really like the way the stamped swirls look with the pearls sprinkled on top. What do you think?

Stamps: Baroque Motifs (SU)
Paper: Certainly Celery, Very Vanilla, Melon Berry

Ink: Versamark

Accessories: scalloped edge punch, ribbon (PTI), Nestabilities butterflies, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, pearls (Kaisercraft)

  1. I am not a huge fan of the color palette for this week's challenge but you rocked it. Great job on the CC!

  2. Pearls or rhinestones are a perfect way to add that little touch of colour. They are my fav embellishment because they can be added at the very end wherever you're missing that special something. Love the motif stamp.

Great take on the RSCC, I was unsure of the medium pink too but I'm putting the finishing touches to my entry (lemme tell you that it's got the smallest amount of medium pink on!)
