I'm SO excited! Today kicks off the first challenge at Get Sketchy! Here's the sketch that our wonderful Dora created for us. There's also a bonus challenge this week to use patterned paper.Our sponsor this week is CropSuey, where you can find the most fabulous card kits. Now for my card. As many of you know, I've got school on the brain since I start back to work on Monday, so I decided to make a teacher card. I wanted to mix up the traditional red apple look, so I went with a green apple and threw in some yummy pink embossed paper I picked up at my LSS. It's very close in color to Melon Mambo and Raspberry Fizz. This card will go in my stash and be a "pick me up" for someone later in the year.

Ooo, this is so cool! Love the trail of buttons. And I love apple stamps almost as much as I love pears, lol!
