Hi, everyone! Hope your weekend is going well so far. Last night was the first football game of the season, and I got to see one of my sophomores be the star of the game. He scored all 4 touchdowns in his first varsity game--how cool is that? The rest of my weekend is filled with craftiness...including a couple of fun surprises I'll be revealing later in the week...*wink*
Today's card incorporates two challenges--FTL57 and the Caardvarks challenge to use black, white, and hot pink. Nothing special--just a quick card to add to the stash.
Stamps: Mega Mixed Messages (PTI) Paper: Basic Black, PTI white, unknown dp Ink: Raspberry Fizz (PTI) Accessories: Martha Stewart 3-in-1 butterfly punch, Prima flowers, Kaisercraft rhinestones
This is on awesome card. I just love the lines in the squares and the sentiment right in the middle. Love the flowers and this color combo too. Thanks for this inspiring card. I might have to do something like this one.
Love black and hot pink!! Very striking. Thanks for the kudos about my Cinema card...it's always fun to get recognition for something that you love :) Now I have pressure, though, to do something amazing...sometimes I just like being on the sidelines :) No football reference intended!! LOL
Shyeah right...nothing special. You are a liar! LOL! ;) This card is so pretty Annie! I know several friends who love this combo so I will be sure to spread the word. :D Wonderful job, and what great news to hear about your student having a wonderful kickoff to his football season. ;)
