The Mojo is Flowing

It's funny how the brain works. Sometimes I see a challenge and things need to percolate for a while; other times I know immediately what I want to do. As soon as I saw this week's 2S4Y sketch, I knew I wanted to flip it, use this tree stamp, and use some AC flair for the circle. Once I picked this piece of flair, the card just flew together...took me all of 15 minutes. I love it when that happens!

Stamps: Making the Grade (Cornish Heritage Farms Kim Hughes Collection), All Occasions (Hero Arts)
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, PTI white
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: ribbon & felt flowers (SU), flair (American Crafts), pearls (Kaisercraft), scalloped edge & corner rounder punches

This is great! Love that flair!! Thanks for the heads up on the SCS stuff. I haven't put anything in the keywords. Honestly... I have held onto the email that was sent to me explaining things, etc.. from SCS until I have time to read it. It has been like 2 months and I still haven't read it... pretty sad. I haven't added any keywords on any of my stuff. I thought I would go back and change it later if I wanted to. I will remember your tip though when I go to update them! I just don't know a lot about how things work over there. Haven't had a lot of time to do research... too busy with blogs and blogging! :)

Beatiful tree, Ann!
My time record in cardmaking is 35 minutes, but I delight in process, not only result.

I love how you used the grid paper as the "foliage" for the tree...makes those flowers pop so well! And yes, it's wonderful how sometimes our mojo gets hustling with just the right inspiration. That's how I feel about the CAS challenge this week. I've never done drugs, but they can't possibly give a better rush than a good mojo fix. Now THAT's addictive!
