Good Friend

Every week I make a list of all the challenges I want to participate in, and of course, it's impossible to do them all. This week, though, I'm making a conscious effort to work on some of those that never seem to get done.

Today's card is for this week's Use It challenge: use something inspired by nature (my Paper Blooms flower), polka dots, and your favorite embellishment (ribbon). My card also uses this week's Card Patterns sketch.

Stamps: Trees, Birds, & Messages (Hero Arts)
Paper: Basic Black, Real Red textured, PTI white, American Crafts dp
Ink: Real Red
Accessories: crocheted flower (Paper Blooms), Fiskars threading water punch, button (BasicGrey), ribbons (SU & ribbon fX), Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, dimensionals
