Deer Friend

After admiring her stuff for months, I finally found some time to play along with Karen Giron's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. This CAS design is SO me, I just had to play along.

Nothing special here--just some fun papers and this cute little deer (which I don't use often enough). BTW, you'll notice that my sentiment is supposed to be "Deer Friend." Hubby, however, wondered if people might think it's "Doe Friend" or "Fawn Friend." *sigh* Why do I show him my cards? Free Smiley Face Courtesy of www.FreeSmileys.org

Stamps: Forest Friends (SU), Mega Mixed Messages (PTI)
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, PTI white, October Afternoon & My Mind's Eye dp

Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: dimensionals

  36. Oh how sweet! I love those papers (even though I'm an SUO gal) and I really need to pay more attention to that deer in my stash! I'm laughing that your husband is teasing about the sentiment- or is he teasing? Sounds like something mine would say... as if we walk around saying "my fawn friend" all the time! LOL.

  41. What a cute card Ann! Pity the deer never made it into our SU catty in New Zealand. My hubby would proably have asked me the same thing, I make the mistake of showing him my work too! Nice to know the same thing happens on the other side of the world, LOL! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and post a sweet comment, I appreciate that!
