Butterfly Envelope

The other day I discovered Danni's Flutterby Wednesday challenge. How did I, a butterfly lover and challenge addict, not know about this one?!

Anyhoo, the challenge each week is to use a butterfly on your card, and this week there was the extra challenge to use blues or purples. I had this envelope idea for a while, and this seemed like the perfect time to do it. It fits in nicely with the Caardvarks challenge to use kraft cardstock.

I made the mini envelope using SU's five-in-one card cover, something I thought I'd get a lot of use out of, but then I promptly threw it in a drawer and forgot about it. I was glad to pull it out again for this card.

Stamps: Beautiful You (Verve)
Paper: Certainly Celery, Almost Amethyst, Pretty in Pink, Barely Banana, Kraft
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Cuttlebug Swiss Dots, Martha Stewart royal butterfly punch, 5-in-1 card cover (SU), ribbon (SU), rhinestones (Kaiserscrapbook)
