Kazan's Sketch 11

Another gorgeous sketch from Kazan this week over at 2 Sketches 4 You. This week I decided to dig through my stash and use some unloved products. I've had these BasicGrey papers for months but rarely use them, so they became my starting point. I pulled out this yummy satin ribbon I got a while ago from a swap, and the crocheted flower is from a trip to Wisconsin I took back in July. I layered the crocheted blossom on top of some silk flowers, then added a rhinestone. I decided the card was too bottom-heavy, so I added the rhinestone swirl on the top corner. I love the way this one turned out!

Paper: Naturals Ivory, Night of Navy, BasicGrey Boxer dp
Accessories: crocheted flower (Imaginisce), silk flowers (Petaloo), ribbon (Offray), rhinestones (Oriental Trading Co.)

    I have lots of Basic Grey paper I really need to use it more! It makes great backgrounds!
